Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the website of LR Cleaning Solutions. By accessing our site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use and are bound by all applicable laws and regulations.


The site and its original content, features, and services are owned by LR Cleaning Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and other proprietary rights laws.

If, for any reason, we believe that our Terms and Conditions have not been upheld, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website without prior notice or liability.

By booking with LR Cleaning Solutions you are accepting and agreeing to our terms & conditions set out below.

PAYMENT

A cash payment on the day of the appointment is required to be paid direct to LR Cleaning Solutions. Payment will always be taken after your cleaning service has taken place. If you prefer, you can arrange a “safe place” where you can leave your cash if you will not be home. However, if no one is home and cash is not in the nominated safe place then we will be unable to fulfil your booking.

WEATHER

The equipment LR Cleaning Solutions uses allows us to clean driveways, windows and guttering in most weather conditions. Only in the instance of extreme winds, thunder and lightning or very bad snow will your booking be rearranged. 

ACCESS

A use of an outside tap will be required for driveway and window cleaning and an electrical plug socket for gutter cleaning. If LR Cleaning Solutions is unable to access your property on the day of your appointment then we will be unable to fulfil your booking and a “missed appointment” charge of £5.00 will be added onto your next booking.

If you are booked in for a service that requires the use of an outside tap and you are not at home then LR Cleaning Solutions can gain access to your property by unlocking your back/side gate. If this is something you do not wish for us to do then please let us know before hand and we can keep this on file. 

LR Cleaning Solutions will also be unable to move any obstructions or obstacles in their path. If any items restrict access or space then they will be unable to fulfil your booking.

LOYALTY CARDS

LR Cleaning Solutions will provide each client with a loyalty card. This will be stamped each time you book and once 10 stamps have been collected you will receive a free wheelie bin or a window clean of the front OR the back. LR Cleaning Solutions has the right to withdraw the loyalty scheme at any point.

DAMAGES

LR Cleaning Solutions do not accept any liability for any damages caused to your property.

This includes, but is not limited to: scratches on any window frames or sills, scratched glass, leaking seals, flaking paint, broken vents, loose seals, broken guttering, broken drain pipes, cracked slabs, stained slabs, discoloured slabs, ill fitting windows/doors etc..

LR Cleaning Solutions will take before and after photographs of every clean.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your booking with LR Cleaning Solutions, please provide 48 hours notice via phone call, text, email or Facebook. Failure to cancel your scheduled appointment will result in a payment in full. 

RIGHT TO REFUSE

LR Cleaning Solutions has the right to refuse any work. 

SOCIAL MEDIA 


By booking with LR Cleaning Solutions you are agreeing to allow us to take before and after photos to be posted on our social media pages and website.
